We offer private and duet Pilates sessions to cater to your individual needs. We provide a studio environment that is positive and supportive. Private sessions, post-physical rehabilitation, Prenatal and Postnatal Pilates services are by appointment only.

CLASSES
We offer a variety of Pilates classes to keep you motivated and challenged. Our class sizes are small, up to 6 max., allowing us to give you personal attention for the best workout.
Our classes will always be a challenge, a full body workout. You will laugh, move, your abs will burn, and you will always walk out feeling better than when you walked in.

Our Solana Beach studio has six Balanced Body, Allegro2 reformers with infinity bars, with all accessories to provide the proper equipment for all levels. Our two private rooms (Including The Studio) include two Cadillac reformers, one tower reformer, one reformer and two Wunda Chairs.
